Sending out a request for price to multiple vendors has never been easier.
With ionBIZ, you create one purchase quote and email it to different suppliers directly from within the application. You can easily add the proposed prices to the RFP and select the best proposal, then convert the quote to an actual order with the click of a button.
Purchase order
Creating purchase orders can happen manually or in an automated way. The automated functionality checks the minimum required stock quantities, defined per item, and order requests from your projects.
Items added to projects by your project manager can be scanned by ionBIZ. The system can inform you where the items are stored within your warehouses, so they can easily be located. If the amount on stock isn't sufficient, ionBIZ can create automated order proposal for purchases
Delivery of goods
When the goods arrive they can be places at the appropriate location within the warehouse, or be assigned immediately to a project for further transportation to a client.
