- Allerhande administratieve taken zoals openen mail, aankoop goederen voor intern gebruik,
- Opstellen, verwerken en (digitaal) verzenden van verkoopfacturen
- Stelselmatig opvolgen van onbetaalde verkoopfacturen (digitaal én telefonisch)
- Verwerken van aankoopfacturen
- Contacten onderhouden met leveranciers
- Maandelijks rapportering van loonverwerking aan SD Worx (via Payroll)
- Organisatie en ondersteuning van incentives en events
- Samenwerken met onze administratieve kracht in Roemenië (in Engels)

- Based on workshops, you will analyze your customer's business processes and translate them into our standard ERP application. You will provide an accurate fit-gap analysis and see where customization is required.
- You will draw up quotations and discuss them with the stakeholders.
- You translate the functional analysis of the customization into clear Scrum tasks for the development team, monitor the development progress and communicate it with your customer. You test the new functionalities.
