Time registration tailored to your organisation
Our software enables you to register your hours in a way that works for your company. The employees choose the method that suits him or her best: That might be the Start-Stop timer. Or they use the list view to add a registration at the end of the day. Or even easier, they simply import their planning, adjust if needed and confirm their timesheet.
Hour registration is a bit of a hassle. Hardly anyone likes to do it, It is crucial to correctly follow up on projects and evaluate the financial aspects accurately. ionBIZ helps you. Thanks to our business software, you can immediately see the difference between the actual hours performed and the budgetted hours or planned hours. Finally, our built-in approval flow for timesheets can be used to efficiently and accurately create invoices for time & material based projects.
New feature: digital signature
Until recently, the process of getting the timesheets made in ionBIZ approved by the customer was rather cumbersome. First the entered timesheets had to be exported to a pdf-file, after which they could be emailed to the customer or client. In order to be able to sign the hours, he had to print the files and sign them by hand, scan to email and return to sender.
Now we are taking a new step in advanced automation. We even integrate the customer's actions and give you the overview directly back into ionBIZ. With the new feature in our business software you send the timesheets digitally to the customer, thanks an integration with Connective software. Once the timesheets have been sent, the customer receives an e-mail containing a link to a web page and the request to check and confirm the timesheets there.
There are two ways to add a digital signature
The digital timesheets can easily be signed in two different manners (more to come). Either the sheets can be signed by physically signing (either with your mouse or on a touchscreen with pen or finger). Or you can use a one-time-code sent by email to confirm and sign the document. Setup is easy and for ongoing projects a one-time effort. You manage the recurrence pattern of sending timesheets and don't have to worry about it anymore!
This new digital way of signing not only saves time and money, but also ensures that all the work can take place digitally and therefore remotely. A feature that is actually indispensable, especially now that everyone works from home. Moreover, as a project manager, you can consult the status of the of the pending documents(/files/timesheets) anytime, anywhere, so that there is no more confusion.
Plus, when invoicing the performed work, you have the signed document at your disposal to attach to the invoice.

1. Time-registration improves insights and optimizes future planning.
Time-registration is not only necessary to provide clarity to a customer or to the project manager. It is also necessary to gain insight into the hours worked per project, per task and per resource in order to draw up future and feasible planning. Tip: Make time-writing as simple as possible. Our scheduling software makes it possible to easily convert a schedule or import it into time-sheets. If the schedule of the co-worker is accurate, then time-writing is easier than ever. In three clicks the schedule is converted to written hours and you won't have missed a single hour. That works just as conveniently via the app. From now on, your schedule is also up to date outside the office and your written hours are correct.
2. Easily keep control thanks to optimal time-registration of your staff.
IonBIZ also makes it possible for the performers to estimate the 'time-to-completion'.
